A graduate of the Air Force Academy, Rob “Waldo” Waldman overcame massive claustrophobia and a fear of heights to become a decorated fighter pilot.

He then became a top producing sales manager for several high tech and financial service companies before establishing his own company – Wingman Enterprises. Waldo was recently inducted into the prestigious Speaker Hall of Fame – an honor less than 200 speakers in the world have received, including Colin Powell, Tony Robbins, and Zig Ziglar.

Waldo offers personal development, leadership and motivational strategies that will enable you and your organization to survive and win in this harsh environment.
